Must-Visit Spa Experience

The spa was another highlight of our stay at Be Tulum. I treated myself to a Mayan massage that was incredibly relaxing. The ambiance was serene, and Liz was an amazing therapist. I even came back for a second massage two days in a row—highly recommend!

Stunning Jungle View Room

We stayed in Casa Gaia, and it felt like a dream! The room had very nice views of the jungle, and we loved having a private pool right outside. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and made for the perfect romantic getaway. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves—absolutely amazing!

I had an incredible experience at Be Tulum with its luxurious amenities and beautiful beachfront. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the service at the front desk could have been more welcoming, and the food did not live up to expectations. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time, but there were a few aspects that could use improvement.

We had an unforgettable wedding celebration at Mahayana! The property was simply stunning with gorgeous, freshly renovated houses and plenty of space for our group. The two pools were wonderful, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach. The friendly hosts made our stay even more special, but it would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast offerings.

However, the overall service was inconsistent, and we faced some issues with dining and unexpected disturbances during our stay. While the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, the initial reception and certain dining experiences did not meet our expectations, particularly considering the price we paid.
